One sign that ur already a woman is when yo u get ur period, I actually hate it cause of the discomforts. Well some women uses it as a weapon to act like a drama queen but in my case the drama is true. Since my period is quite irregular i think it kinda contribute to my dysmenorrhea, cramps and pelvic pain.
Last month i missed my period and the explanation is because i suddenly decided to exercise. Well its not permanent cause once the body got use to the habit everything will be back to normal with added bonus of course. Because right now i don't feel any pelvic pain. Apparently my regular stretching and walking helped a lot in my blood circulation which relieves the pain in my pelvic area.
Now how about my weight loss? Well i gained two pounds, i'm supposed to be at 160 but gained back the two pounds i lost over the weekend. Fortunately there's an explanation "water retention" the body retain fluid during menstruation don't know why but of course it contributed to the gained weight but after the period it will all be back to normal.
PMS is the worst because aside from the pain it will also cause food craving which is true because i experienced it that is generally because of hormone imbalance. Check this link for more info.

During menstruation just try to stick to ur normal schedule (skip the drama its not that bad really) and ignore the weight gain. Some women gain up to 10 pounds during mens so dont worry too much just in case.

Vitamins
Because I log everything that I eat, nalalaman ko rin na kulang ako sa mga essential vitamins and minerals like Iron, potassium Vitamin C at kung anu-ano pa. The solution is to take multi vitamins but meron kasi akong paniniwala since High school that taking vitamins can cause you to gain more weight and even though nakita ko na online na its not true i'm still having some doubts lalo nat may mga nagpatunay akong kakilala before na tumaba nga raw sila dahil nga sa pag-inom ng Vitamins.
So maybe I will have to get an expert's opinion on this one para lang mapanatag ang loob ko.

Let's start again
Been over a year since my last entry, I'm bad at keeping my words but now I think I'm on the right track. Started my official losing weight goal last June 18, 2010 my starting weight is at approximately 180 pounds.
Right now my mind is already clear of all the cobwebs of the weight lose myth. I'm now quite confident that this time I'm going to succeed.
The first thing I did for this to work is find out the reason why my previous attempts were a big failure. Here's the reasons i failed.
1. I set goals i cant achieve like lost 10 pounds in two weeks. After much research i found out that to lose weight the healthy way, you just need to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week...
So now my goal is to reach 130 pounds or lose 50 pounds in 7-8 months. Its realistic and achievable.
2. I set-up a diet plan that's hard to follow.
I use to starve myself to death back then but after a week of doing that i starts to binge and voila calories intake balloon again so does my waist line. I can't maintain my diet plan because its unmaintainable in the first place.
So now i don't skip meals in fact I even have snacks. I still eat meat and chicken, chips and even drink soda but i make sure that i don't over eat and i exercise everyday. I can confidently say that my diet plan is easy to follow and i'm not starving.
3. I never count my calories.
This is one huge mistake i made which i now corrected of course.
I log my food intake everyday to monitor my calories here is a site i love and visits
everyday http://caloriecount.about.com/
Just simple math if ur calorie intake is less than the calories u burn then ull lose weight.
Now im at 164 pounds i dont know why im losing weight that fast but i won't complain hehe
34 pounds to go.....
